Amalie Global conducts strategic planning for its clients, identifying specific business needs and targeting qualified candidates for job placement.

After conducting research and development on training programs tailored to each client’s business needs, Amalie Global provides extensive executive training for client candidates and executive level employees. Executive training programs include live multi-day training sessions, executed at Amalie Global’s training facilities on Hassel Island and Water Island.

We also conduct extensive remote planning on business development for clients, and host business development retreats at Amalie Global’s facilities in the USVI. Amalie Global provides leadership, technical, managerial and soft-skills (i.e. people management and deal management) training programs for its clients.
